The collection contains the initially approved label for pesticide products registered under FIFRA Section 3 as well as subsequent versions of labels which have changed via amendment or notification. Please note that the site is based on the product registration number. You must have the product registration number to look up a label (labels are not facimile/sample labels, rather the text that was submitted to the EPA by each manufacturer.) The site does have a link to a database where you can get the EPA Reg. No. if you know the product name.

NOTE: Pesticide product label images are stored in Tagged Image File Format (TIFF). Most labels have multiple pages and require the use of a multi-page capable TIFF viewer to be effectively displayed. While numerous TIFF viewers are available, not all are capable of reading multi-page TIFFs (some viewers display only the first page). Additionally, a viewer with zoom and rotational capabilities is recommended. If you are running Windows, you may have received a multi-page TIFF viewer as part of the Windows installation. Depending on the version of Windows being used the TIFF viewer is named WANGIMG.EXE or KODAKIMG.EXE and resides in the Windows directory.
